Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Acuraly (“we”, “us”). By using Acuraly you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Acuraly generates an Elemental Life Map — a written reading based on traditional elemental patterns derived from the birth details you provide. Signed-in users can save readings to their account and purchase credits to generate additional readings.

Entertainment and Reflection Only

Acuraly is provided for entertainment, personal reflection, and cultural exploration. It does not provide medical, financial, legal, psychological, or other professional advice. Readings describe tendencies and themes, not fixed predictions. Do not rely on Acuraly readings as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals, and do not use them to make significant life decisions.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Provide accurate information; enter only birth details you are entitled to share. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your saved data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Credits and Payments

Readings for signed-in users consume credits. New accounts receive complimentary credit; additional credits are sold in packs and processed by Stripe under their own terms. Credits are consumed when a reading is generated, are tied to your account, are not transferable, and have no cash value. Because a reading is delivered immediately upon generation, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed, except where a refund is required by law or the service failed to deliver. Unused credits are forfeited if you delete your account. Prices may change; changes never affect credits you have already purchased.

Generated Content

Readings are produced by automated systems, including large language models, from traditional interpretive frameworks. They may contain inaccuracies, generalizations, or interpretations that do not fit your circumstances. Your readings are yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use. You remain responsible for any decision you make after reading them.

Acceptable Use

Do not abuse the service: no automated scraping or bulk generation, no attempts to probe or disrupt our infrastructure, no reselling of readings or credits, and no use of the service to harass others or to make consequential judgments about another person (for example in employment, lending, or insurance).

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects statutory rights you hold as a consumer.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; we will post changes here and update the date above, and material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continuing to use Acuraly after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions: [email protected].
